Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an order, please send a copy of the order invoice to info@anodetocph.com.

An Ode To will not cover the shipping cost for returned goods.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-day withdrawal right
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the EU you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
